位置很好，下樓就是林肯中心茱莉亞音樂學校。離曼哈頓midtown也很近。周邊配套也不錯，就是酒店設施有點老，酒店走道的風格密集恐懼症會有點受不了

like the view nice location easy to access nearby malls no breakfast though which is very sad cause the food is expensive and I get hungry very easily LOL but amazing service but sometimes pretty slow cause my room had a damaged window and toilet but overall it was really good luxurious and many fruit stalls .

I found a cockroach on the curtain😖! The first reaction by the staff was proposed a janitor to catch the cockroach for me! Though they changed another room for me under my request, the shower didn’t work properly at the new room.

酒店位置很好，地鐵站很近，確實很方便，但是房間內設施簡陋，衣櫃門是壞的，入住的房間與圖文不符，沒有沙發，衹有一個凳子。經訂房網站客服電話溝通後換到樓上同樣的房間號，裡面有沙發啊，感覺有點被欺詐

酒店位置無敵，樓下有一家網紅義大利餐廳，一家冰激凌店，一家星巴克。馬路對面就是高大上的林肯中心。走路幾分鐘就有銀行、早餐店、target，去哥倫布圓環也特別近，可以坐地鐵去各個景點。衹是酒店除了大堂看起來像高級酒店，走廊裝修風格詭異，客房面積狹小而且設施簡陋到也就是如家的水平吧。細節包括：洗手間小到衹能站一個人；房間裡沒有玻璃杯，不管是喝水還是刷牙，都是一次性紙杯。好在大部分時間都是city walk，衹是回酒店睡覺。反正下次是不會再選這家了。

I've visited New York City for business many times, and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The air conditioner is extremely loud, making it feel like you're staying in a factory. Additionally, the windows do not block out the noise from the outside, where machines are constantly running. Some equipments are very outdated, and you feel like you might get hurt just by touching the electronics. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, almost all the rooms have similar issues.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It is right off the subway and very close to Central Park, Columbus circle, and Lincoln center. There is a fitness center in the basement but it is very small and stuffy and hot. The pool was not open during our stay which is too bad but that's not their fault. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The worst part of this hotel is the rooms. Our window faced some vent and we had no light. The bathroom was bleak and the ceilings and the doors were old and dirty. The bed was comfortable.
